ORGANISATION
AV Worx is an owner-run business. The two
owners, Justin Acres and Mark Malherbe, are also directors who play an active role in the day-to-day management of the business.
Our management structure is flat. Our decision-making process, though considered, is agile and we are not hindered by bureaucracy.
Our success is based on remaining agile and being highly responsive to changing technology, socio-political and market conditions in the sub-Saharan region
Our employment policy is based on finding and developing the best technical and sales minds in the industry. Our team is a good mix of youth and experience, representing the diverse South African demographic as well as the continent. Besides a diverse mix from South Africa, we currently have staff in our employ from Kenya, Zimbabwe, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Botswana. This makes us uniquely Pan-African and forms part of our strategy to further penetrate the rapidly growing and evolving African marketplace.
